Hello, I'm Andrea Dow.
Based in the Northeast, I’ve spent over two decades working closely with women to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Pilates studio owner and fitness instructor, I’ve seen firsthand how women’s challenges evolve over time. That inspired me to become a life coach, combining my knowledge of physical health with tools for emotional and mental well-being.
Yoga is my passion—I still remember how it transformed my life during my first class more than 20 years ago. It’s a core part of my teaching because it offers relaxation, strength, and a deep connection to oneself. I love guiding others to experience those same gifts.
